Treats Disease/Condition

Uses

For the treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma who: • have disease progression during or following platinum-containing chemotherapy. • have disease progression within 12 months of neoadjuvant or adjuvant treatment with platinum-containing chemotherapy.

How To Use

Receive Infusion at the doctor's office. Infusion takes over 1 hour. Continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity

Side Effects

The most common side effects of Imfinzi include: • feeling tired • muscle and/or bone pain • constipation • decreased appetite • nausea • swelling • urinary tract infection Tell your healthcare provider if you have any side effect that bothers you or that does not go away. These are not all the possible side effects of Imfinzi. Ask your healthcare provider or pharmacist for more information. Call your healthcare provider for medical advice about side effects. You may report side effects to FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088.

Drug Interactions

Discuss with your healthcare provider about all medications your currently taking. Do not co-administer other drugs through the same infusion line.

In Case of Overdose

Since this is administered in a clinical setting, overdose is unlikely

In Case of Missed Dose

Take to your healthcare provider if you are unable to keep your infusion appointment

Storage

Does not contain a preservative. Throw away any unused solution.
